This project entailed the construction of a new 5-story building, pre-cast cladding, concrete construction, and pre-stressed concrete floors that align to SIPA I. The new building created a new paved courtyard between SIPA I and SIPA II. This site required partial or complete filling of the existing retention pond. The project includes an overall gross floor area of approximately 84,800 SF and a net assignable area of 47,196 SF. It also included classrooms, conference and event facilities, seminar rooms, and professional case rooms, as well as administrative and faculty offices. Covered walkways and/or bridges connecting the new and existing buildings at one or more levels were also part of the scope.
